4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on nagan9:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, deposits and withdrawals on the nagan9 platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.2 Deposit Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each payment method).
  • The maximum deposit limit will be communicated separately where applicable.
  • Deposited funds must be sent only from an account owned by you.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nagan9 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after it has been wagered 20 times. The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is calculated from the date the bonus is issued.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus may be claimed only once per person, household, IP address, or device.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • nagan9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games offered on nagan9 are conducted fairly and impartially. The following rules apply to all users:

  • If a game result is affected by a technical error, that round will be considered void.
  • Changes are not possible after a bet has been finalised.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure
